Rev. Dr. Notoshia D. Howard is the Founder and Senior Pastor of The Rock Christian Church, where she leads with conviction, compassion, and a deep commitment to Kingdom transformation. A dynamic preacher for more than twenty‑six years, she ministers with clarity, spiritual depth, and a heart for empowering people to live whole and purpose‑driven lives.

 

She is the Founder and Principal Owner of Howard Home Care Corp. and the Founder of Howard Publishing Press LLC, extending her leadership into both community care and faith‑based publishing. Dr. Howard also serves as the Team Lead Chaplain for the IU Health Congregational Care Network, offering spiritually integrated support to patients, families, and community partners.

 

A Board‑Certified Chaplain, author, and visionary, Dr. Howard is known for her ability to blend pastoral wisdom with practical care. She has been married to Pastor Eddie D. Howard Sr. for twenty‑nine years, and together they are the proud parents of five children and grandparents of seven.
